The Housing Authority of the City of Calexico (HACC) is dedicated to administering affordable housing programs that provide safe, stable, and accessible housing for low-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
Located in the southernmost part of Imperial County, Calexico offers a unique blend of small-town charm and urban accessibility, with its close proximity to Mexicali, Mexico, and San Diego, California. Our mission is to help residents secure quality housing while fostering partnerships that support long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
What We Do
✔ Public Housing Administration – Managing and maintaining affordable housing units for eligible residents.
✔ Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program – Administering rental subsidies that assist families in securing housing in privately owned properties.
